DSEAR Project Engineer

DSEAR Project Engineer Responsibilities * Design and implement mechanical systems and equipment that comply with DSEAR regulations * Manage DSEAR Installation and inspection works across the South West * Perform risk assessments and identify potential hazards related to mechanical systems * Develop and maintain documentation related to DSEAR compliance, including risk assessments, safety reports, and management plans * Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that DSEAR compliance is integrated into all aspects of mechanical system design and operation * Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and stakeholders on DSEAR compliance and related topics * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DSEAR regulations and related technologies, and provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements Experience, Qualifications & Competencies * Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field would be preferred * Extensive knowledge and experience with DSEAR regulations and compliance requirements * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Experience with CAD software and other design tools * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively * Professional certification in DSEAR compliance or related field is a plus Salary & Benefits * Competitive salary * Company Pension * Company Phone & Laptop * Death In Service Insurance * Company Vehicle * 32 Days Paid Holiday (including statutory holidays) * Remote working (ideally based in the South West of England) This is a permanent role working 40 hours Monday to Friday
